When the water goes stale
Hello friend.
Have you ever taken a swig of water from a bottle left in the car on a hot day? It is the last thing you want to drink when you are truly thirsty.
Sometimes, our faith feels just like that. Between the school run, the office, and the never - ending pile of washing, the water in our souls can stop moving. We go through the motions at our local corps or church, but our spirits feel a bit stuck.
In today’s video, we look at the promise in Isaiah 58:11. God promises that you will be like a “well - watered garden”. He wants to turn your dry places into an ever - flowing spring.
Take a quiet moment today to ask the Holy Spirit to flow into the dry spots of your life.
Blessings.
Rob
P.S. Join me tomorrow for Day 5, where we will talk about healing and grace.
