The Strategy of a "Nobody"
Hello friend.
Do you ever feel like a speck of dust in a world of giants? Perhaps your workplace feels cold, or your voice does not seem to count for anything at home.
In today’s devotional, we meet Jochebed. She was a slave in ancient Egypt with no rights and no protection. When a cruel law threatened her son, she did not scream at the palace walls. Instead, she used her God-given wit to build a tiny basket out of common reeds.
She used the very river meant to take her son to save him.
You are never a nobody to God. He sees the value in you even when the world ignores you. Today, I want to help you find your “reeds” - the small, simple resources God has placed right in front of you to protect what matters.
Take a moment today to ask God for a creative way to act faithfully in those “unseen” places. You might be surprised at what he can do through you.
God bless you.
